The Business Development Executive need to be efficient in achieving their sales target and should be result-driven in acquiring new business for Zuan Education and Zuan Technologies. The focus should be on attaining potential customers while retaining existing customers base pipeline opportunities. The candidates should motivate the team and should have a result-oriented approach. Moreover, the attractive incentives will be provided based on the performance.
- Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend.
- Manage complete records of the sales activity using CRM and inform the management of progress.
- Maintain relations with all potential and existing clients.
- Proposing right solutions to clients by assessing their requirements.
- You will be responsible for the conversion of leads to final closure of deals.
- Adherence to monthly sales targets & deadline.
- You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets.
- Knowledge of eCommerce, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing and Education counseling will be the advantage.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Good at Negotiation.
- Good at market research.
- Ability to approach the customers positively and professionally.
- Strong in building relationships and ability to communicate at all levels.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Sales/Business Development/Inside Sale.
